Thinking About Building a New Custom Home?

Once you have made the decision to build a custom home, the next step is assembling your team: Builder, Architect, Interior Designer, and Landscape Designer (a.k.a. “BAD"). Doing so from the beginning will deliver a more streamlined process while also saving energy, time and budget.  Skip the broken/adversarial process of having drawings/specs created and thereafter “bidding” to three potential builders. After all, one does not build a home on a weak foundation, so why start that way with the team. Building a team from inception that has your best interests at heart should be the solid foundation of your next new home.

This month in social media, we shared a few dining rooms that are more than ready for the holidays and all your guests. Next, the latest progress shots of a current New Canaan project and a few highlights from our historical home renovations/restorations that are always a pleasure to work on. Lastly, Rich Rosano at a recent NAHB Builder20 meeting in Couer D’Alene, Idaho. He always returns with new processes to share with with team.

Dining Rooms to Wow Your Guests

With the holidays around the corner, having a dining room that's functional and brings the right amount of personality to a space is key - without distracting from what's most important - the people eating together. Elevate your dining experience with custom paneling, specialty ceiling, and/or a enhanced lighting.

Custom Homes

Historical Home Renovation

Homes that have stood the test of time are a privilege to work on and restore. At RRBuilders, our craftsmen and clients have a mutual appreciation for these homes. A period renovation needs to have functionality, while maintaining the integrity and charm from a historical perspective.
