Our role:
RRB will be your single point of contact for your home/property needs.
RRB will have a physical presence on your property on a regular basis.

RRB will review existing contracts/engagements and suggest improvements.
RRB will convert fee for service work to contract work when applicable.
RRB will source new or replacement contractors/vendors when and if needed.
RRB will create and manage RFP's for capital projects.
RRB will project manage your capital improvements.
