Richard Rosano, Managing Director Richard focuses on constructing custom luxury homes after successfully renovating residential and commercial projects for the previous thirteen years. He is educated and informed in all aspects of the building process including changing developments in today's architecture, construction standards and home technology.
Richard is acutely aware of what today's sophisticated buyer expects and demands ranging from the fine details and amenities that go into making each luxury house a distinctive home that his clients can comfortably and proudly enjoy for years to come. Some of Richard's current luxury home projects in New Canaan are on Bennington Place, Parkers Glen, Skyview Lane, Apple Tree Lane and other locations on the boards. He has recently been awarded "Builder of the Year - 2006" by the Home Builders & Remodelers Association of Fairfield County, CT. He also has also recently been awarded a 2006 HOBI award in the category of "Best Spec Home - $5 million to $7 million" by the Home Builders & Remodelers Association of Fairfield County, CT for the luxury estate at 36 Bennington Place, New Canaan, CT. His philosophy regarding his work is self-explanatory, "I pay especially close attention to ALL of the details whether it be from the use of a structural framing timber to the selection of kitchen cabinetry and appliances. I pride myself on using today's advanced technology, materials and construction standards, while creating and maintaining the architectural elegance of the 'period style' grand homes of the past. I feel that my commitment to client service and satisfaction helps to separate me apart from other builders in the industry." On a personal note, Richard is an alumni of the Rochester Institute of Technology which allows him to pass along his analytical and technological ideas/mindset to each home's individual design, functional and inner workings. Richard resides in New Canaan with his wife Sharon, and they are the proud parents of two daughters. Richard is a member of the Fairfield County Home Builders Association, the New Canaan Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. |
